 Make A Payment
If you have received a notice in the mail or have a question about your account, please direct all inquiries to either:
1-877-222-9876 or (705) 734-1400.
Alternatively you can contact the collection officer at the e-mail address provided on the letter. Be sure to include your Central Credit Control account number (beginning with DB..) and creditor name so that we can process your inquiry or credit your account promptly.
Central Credit offers many payment solutions including:
• Telephone / online payments at all Canadian financial institutions

• Interbranch banking deposit at any branch of the CIBC, please click here and print out the form to bring to CIBC when making a deposit.
• Pre-authorized payment
• Debit card
• Western Union Quick Collect (Code City: FOXPLUS)
• Bank Draft/Money Order/Certified Cheque: Your payment should be made payable to the creditor and mailed to:

Be sure to include your debt number to ensure proper credit. This number will be found on all notices from our office.
